RDC Collective LLC offers event planning, coordination, consultation, and notary services. The scope and specifics of each service will be outlined in your client agreement or proposal.
Booking & Payments

A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date.

Final payment is typically due 14 days before the event, unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Vendor Relationships
While we may refer or coordinate with trusted vendors, RDC Collective LLC is not liable for the performance, quality, or outcomes of third-party services not contracted directly through us.
Use of Client Content
With your permission, RDC Collective LLC may use photos or descriptions of your event for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media). You may opt out at any time by notifying us in writing.
