Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to communicate changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests in writing via email. Verbal notifications are not considered official.

Policy Updates: RDC Collective LLC reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Refund Policy
At RDC Collective, we are committed to delivering high-quality event planning services with professionalism and care. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund policy.
Deposits & Retainers
All deposits and retainers paid to secure our services are non-refundable. This ensures your event date is reserved exclusively for you and covers initial planning work and consultations.
Cancellation by Client
If a client chooses to cancel services:

30+ days before the event: Any amount paid beyond the initial deposit may be refunded, minus any costs already incurred.

Less than 30 days before the event: No refunds will be issued, as preparations and commitments have been made on your behalf.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
Cancellation by RDC Collective LLC
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill our services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will:

Make reasonable efforts to find a qualified replacement.

Issue a full refund, including the deposit, if no suitable replacement is available.
Custom Services & Third-Party Vendors
Refunds for custom services (e.g., printed materials, consultations, or design work) are not available once the service has begun.
We are not responsible for the refund policies of third-party vendors booked on your behalf (e.g., caterers, florists).
